The story of Christian Tortu begins in the garden of his parents, both market gardeners, in Anjou, near Saumur.
A nature lover since he was very young, his arrival in Paris made him realize how much nature as he knew it was missing in the capital. He decided to offer Parisians a glimpse of his childhood, a free and almost wild look, mixing flowers, plants, fruits and vegetables in innovative arrangements, offering a direct interpretation of nature.
His art of floral scenography has since travelled the world, from the Cannes Film Festival to the most prestigious fashion shows.
To complement his way of seeing life, Christian and his team have developed scented products drawing inspiration from nature.
