Mid-century Fat Lava vase designed in the 1960s by Ursula Beyrau for Graflich Ortenburg, Wuppertal, Germany.  This stunning, high quality vase has a deep scarlet and black textured glaze structure. Gräflich Ortenburgsche Steingutmanufaktur was founded in 1946 and based in Tambach, Germany.

The vase is marked with the producer's signature and the model number. Simple and modernist design of the 1960's design era, this vase is super rare and very collectible. There is a small chip in the base that does not detract from its beauty.
